Dates and Duration / Duration

Since the reunion in May 2014 I've always felt that we could have had a bit more time together.
Perhaps two or three full days maybe even four.
Exchange ideas, catch up, swap videos and photos and of course jam in the forest.

I could arrange a group scenic tour to a well known look out and picnic area, The Pinnacle, about 40 minutes drive from the venue along a mountain road.
Caboose on the road again. No cost.

The Pinnacle offers uninterrupted views of the whole park along with spectacular 360° views all the way to the coastline and Gold Coast, the crater escarpment and to Wollumbin-Mount Warning.

Hi Wayne here.

I propose that we get together again before any of us fall off the perch.
I favor the weekend of Sunday 26th March 2017. March is not too cool, nice weather, and the date does not conflict with any local festival.

Attendees Wish List / Initial input by Wayne
« on: March 29, 2015, 01:19:45 AM »
Hi Wayne here,

I'd like to see everyone who attended the first reunion in May 2014 attend the second reunion.
Plus I would like to invite some local musicians and a few friends.
I invited only one friend to the first reunion. That was Terry.
I also invited one musician friend, "Fully", but he had just returned from a trip to Brisbane and was too exhausted
to attend. I would like to include Fully on the invitees list for the second reunion.

I would also like to ad Edwina Jones who toured with Caboose.

My list would include:
Fully - Guitarist from Byron Bay.
Jimbo - Ex bass player from a band I once played in during the 60's.
Rodney Madam - Guitarist
Desly Madam - Vocalist
Sam Pace - Keyboard player.
Frank Muscat - Bassist.
Edwina Jones

I will probably add a few more to this wish list in the near future.
Let's do it again.
Wayne

Accommodation / Accommodation at the venue
« on: March 28, 2015, 06:04:59 AM »
There are a few options for staying on the site. The venue is located on a 147 acre parcel of land shared by several shareholders. A few of the shareholders are happy to offer accommodation in their houses at no cost.
Of course there is plenty of alternative PAID accommodation available in and around Nimbin. A friend who was born and raised in Tambo (does that town strike a chord anyone?) runs a few cabins nested in the forest on the edge of Nimbin town. Nimbin is 9KM from the reunion venue.
